a bad night in 4 panels

how I ended up like this

1Chibi Mikira covered in mud

the ditch

Walking home drunk, I got jumped, ate pavement and rolled into a ditch. The water had leeches. Not a prophecy. A bad night.

2Chibi Mikira asleep on a futon

the village

An old man found me half-dead and hauled me into an oni village. I'd lost too much blood, so they gave me oni blood.

3Chibi Mikira raging with fire in his eyes

the horn

I woke up with horns, panicked, and snapped the right one off. They tried to turn me back. The ritual didn't finish.

4Chibi Mikira knocked over by falling fruit

the fruit

So I'm half. An ofuda on the horn keeps me from flipping mid-stream. Meat still sets me off. I live on fruit. That's the diet.
